  1. Dear Sir/Madam:
I was born in Cuba and did my thesis on the Spanish-American War to graduate. Many years prior to that my upstairs neighbor bought a set of a Cuban Encyclopidia which I consulted while writing my thesis.During my research of that given encyclopedia I came upon the name of an insurgent rebel Captain bearing the same name and last name as mine,"Manuel La O". I wrote to my father who still lived in Cuba at the time to find out more about this individual in question .But he never followed up on it.Due to the current political situation I am not able to research this person of interest.Where can I go to further find out more about him
